Our Privacy Policy is very simple and straightforward.
We respect you and your privacy. Goal Click collects some personal information in order to fulfil your orders, reply to messages, and keep you updated with Goal Click news and products.

This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information relating to the potential, past, and existing users or customers of Goal Click (“Goal Click”, “we” and “us”).

1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We may send you emails about our shop, new products and other updates.
When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
2 – LAWFUL BASES OF PROCESSING
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we process this information as it is necessary for the performance of a contract (being the sale contract between you and Goal Click). 3 – DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Under UK data protection law, you have certain rights in respect of your personal information, including the right to access, correct, and in some cases delete your personal information, rights for data subjects to restrict processing of personal data, object to the processing of their personal data, move, copy or transfer the personal data held by Goal Click for their own purposes across different services and lodge a complaint with the data protection regulator (e.g. the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK).
As set out above, you can object to receiving marketing from us at any time.

We will respond to any requests in accordance with the law, and so please note there may be circumstances where we are unable to comply with your request (for example, in order to protect the privacy rights of a third party).
4 – HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?
We hold personal data for as long as necessary, bearing in mind the purpose for which it was collected. At the end of the retention period, we assess whether it is necessary to continue to retain information to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. To determine appropriate retention periods, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of unauthorised access, legal requirements and whether it is necessary to retain the personal data to resolve disputes or enforce our policies.

Goal Click may be required to share customer personal data in the following circumstances:
- Where required by law, government, competent authorities or the courts or to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights.
- To prevent crime and fraud (e.g. with professional advisors, investigators, or credit reference agencies).
- With members of Goal Click’s corporate group.
- With Goal Click’s suppliers (and here you should list the categories of supplier – e.g. e-commerce platform provider, image processing service providers, contractors, web hosting service provider etc.)
- If involved in an investment, merger, acquisition, or sale of Goal Click, or its assets.
6 – SQUARESPACE
Our online shop is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application.
They store your data on secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps them to protect your data. However, no company, including Squarespace, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of personal information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our shop is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

The Privacy Policy can refer to those who have directly provided Personal Data to Goal Click as a participant (“storyteller”), or to individuals who have provided informed consent through a Goal Click partner or storyteller:
We collect and maintain personal information that you voluntarily submit to us during your participation in Goal Click content or other contact with us.
